DIRECTIONS
Mix a few drops of IOLITE Brow and Lash Tint Cream Developer with IOLITE Brow and Lash Tint as per your training guide. Apply to intended area and allow to develop for 1-10minutes, then remove. Repeat if client wishes to intensify colour.
