Merlin Machine, Accupoint Series APM

One of our most popular machines, the Merlin has a powerful rotary motor of 8,000 rpm, yet it’s lightweight and easy to use. The front casing stabilizes the motor, virtually eliminating any vibration for ultra smooth, noise-free operations. The needle moves up and down, instead of side to side, for better pigment deposit and less skin trauma. Our state-of-the-art needle tubes easily snap into the front casing shaft through a pentagon-shaped opening, which effectively seals and resists any back flow of water or pigment and provides no chance of fluids cross contaminating. The tube can accommodate both ROUND and FLAT needles, making changing between designing and outlining processes a breeze! Our specially designed needle caps also accommodate both round and flat needles, and eliminate splatter. A precision opening allows easy addition of pigment, and the forced airflow ensures maximum pigment flow during procedures. With metal needle sleeves ergonomically shaped for comfort, there’s little room for the machine to slip. The sleeves can be sterilized and reused, but most artists prefer the individually packaged, pre-sterilized plastic disposable sleeves to guarantee sanitation. The motor section is sealed at the factory so it can be cold solution sterilized. All parts from the motor down are pre-sterilized and disposable to eliminate cross contamination.
